I am a writer, director and self-shooting filmmaker working across film, commercials and branded content.
I have made short films for Creative England and the BFI, including THE KNACKERMAN and STRANGE WEATHER, starring Maxine Peake. My work is recognised for its visually striking, emotionally grounded, narrative-driven approach.
I have been mentored by directors Ben Wheatley and Hong Khaou. As a writer, I was commissioned by Oscar-nominated producer Rupert Lloyd to adapt Edward Beauclerk Maurice’s The Last Gentleman Adventurer for Rose Garnett at BBC Films, and was selected from over 500 applicants for Channel 4’s New Writers Mentoring Scheme.
Alongside directing, I work as an editor and have shadowed leading editors, including the legendary Walter Murch — an experience that continues to inform my precision in story and structure.
I have directed campaigns for brands including Nintendo, O2, Starbucks, Adobe and Visa.
