Delighted to annouce The Knackerman has won Best East Anglian Short at the Norwich Film Festival. This festival has gone from strength to strength over the last few years, so it's an honour to be recognised at this years festival.

Thanks to all our East Anglian crew - partiuclarly Film Suffolk.

Here's to the next one!

Delighted to annouce that The Knackerman has begun it's 2017 festival run by picking up two awards.

The first was at the Ramsgate Film and TV Festival. This new festival showcased a wonderful cross section of international cinema over the course of a weekend. If this first year was anything to go by, then next years will be even better. The Knackerman took home the audience award.

Strange Weather continues it's festival run this September with screenings at the 35th Cambridge Film Festival and Raindance, where I'm delighted to annouce it has been nominated for the Best UK Short Film award.

We'll then be screening the film at Asthetica short Film Festival in November.

Thank you to everyone that helped make the film, and who have supported it along the way.

The Raindance awards ceremony is early October, wish us luck.

As we are now into our final week of post production on Strange Weather, I thought I'd share with you a little taste of things to come. It's been a wonderful expeirence and I've been lucky enough to have an incredibly talented and generous post production team, who have all gone way beyond the call of duty to bring this film to life.

So for now, it's down tools and time to see what the world thinks of our work.

I'm very excited to announce that Strange Weather will complete postproduction at the end of this month. It's been a tough climb, but the summit is now in sight.

I'd like to thank the postproduction team - Once Were Farmers, Bent Ear, Absolute Post and Philosophy Audio - for all their hard work and support. The dedication and passion they've put into this film has been phenomenal.

After 10 international festivals on 5 different continents and one very special award in our home land of Suffolk, it's finally time to release our short film Aeolian to the rest of the world.

After two years on the festival circut and over 25 screenings worldwide, my award winning short documentary Simply Rob is now available to view online. Hopefully the film will reach an even wider audience and help spread Rob's inspirational work. Thanks to everyone involved in the film but particularly Rob Vassilarakis for allowing me to share his story and his poetry.

I am excited to annouce that Aeolian has been offically selected for Encounters International Film Festival 2012. This will be the films world premiere and it'll be playing in competition for the best animation award. This will be my third film to screen at Encounters and it's been wonderful seeing it grow into one of Europes leading short film festivals. Screening dates will be annouced shortly but in the meantime I'd like to thank everyone who helped support us during our three year production. I look forward to seeing you in Bristol.

May is set to be a busy month with back to back commercials until mid June. The first is a series of idents for C4 program sponsorship using motion control and shooting on the Alexa. I'm not allowed to say anymore other than it's for Undercover Boss and Secret Millionaire so look out for them at the end of May.

Strange Weather has been put on hold for this year unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts. Whilst the project will be on the back burner it certainly won't be forgotten. We are aiming to pick up again next Spring with the hope of shooting early Summer.

Thanks to everyone who has shown interest in the short and sent me CVs etc. We will be contcting people next year to pick up where we left off.
